Personal Data Processing for Purposes of Recruitment Proceedings for New Employees

By sending this message I take note and grant to JRD Development s.r.o., business ID number: 039 64 990, registered office: Korunní 810/104, Vinohrady, 101 00 Prague 10, entered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, section C, entry 240564 (hereinafter the “Company”) consent to the processing of personal data to the extent of my first name, surname, academic title, date of birth, contact details (delivery address, e-mail address, telephone number), highest education achieved, including the relevant documents (report cards, certificates, diplomas, …), work experience (specifications of previous employers, work positions and experience) and other data voluntarily communicated by me in my curriculum vitae and/or in any other document handed over to the Company or communicated as a part of work interviews, for the purposes of a group of recruitment proceedings not defined in advance with the Company

This consent applies both to the processing of my personal data by authorised persons from the Company (which shall be understood to mean the Company’s management, the Company’s HR department and, during recruitment proceedings, employees in a position superior to the position that is the subject of the relevant recruitment proceedings), as well as the disclosure of my personal data in the JRD group, of which the Company is part (where the list of these companies is stated in the Personal Data Protection Principles applicable in the JRD group, to which reference is made below) – where I confirm that in the future I may be approached directly by one of the companies in the JRD group concerning an offer of potential work, under the conditions stipulated in this consent.

I grant this consent for a period of three (3) years from the day it is granted—where this period may be extended based on my consent.

I also confirm that I have been informed that (i) the provision of the personal data specified is voluntary and is therefore subject to my consent and that (ii) I can rescind my consent to the use of the aforementioned personal data at any time or grant it again.

to, in accordance with the Act on Personal Data Protection and the GDPR, process personal data as the controller under the conditions stipulated below.

When handling personal data, we proceed in accordance with the legal order of the Czech Republic and directly applicable European Union regulations, in particular Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on personal data processing, as amended, Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on some information society services and on an amendment to some acts, as amended, and in accordance with Art. 13 of Regulation (EU) No 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, the General Data Protection Regulation.

In the following text we will inform you of the way in which and the purpose for which we will process your personal data and who could be the processor. This information is important, so we hope that you will find the time to carefully read everything.

When is it not necessary to consent to personal data processing?

We can process personal data without your consent only for the following purposes:

Performance of a contract whose subject is the provision of a service or product
Performance of legal duties that result for us from generally binding legal regulations
Processing due to a legitimate interest (e.g. for direct marketing, ensuring safety and protection of life)

For what purpose do we administer personal data and for how long?

Data can be used for sales and marketing purposes, i.e. to maintain a database of website users and to offer goods and services, for the duration of the legal reason for this method of processing and use of personal and other data. In other words, we gather your personal data for the purpose of the chance to use our services and inform you of news. Read more, for what purpose we manage individual data in accordance with the place of their completion.

Completion of form – Personal data input when completing form consent to processing for the purpose of performance of a contract, i.e. for the purpose of delivery of goods or provision of a service. We can also process these data for the purpose of performing our statutory duties (in particular recording duties, archiving of tax documents, etc.) and for the purposes of protecting our legal claims.

Identification and address data can be used in accordance with the legitimate interest for the creation of internal statistics. We use anonymised output from these statistics for the purpose of improving our services, including an analysis of user behaviour and marketing.

We process personal data obtained using cookies based on your consent (which you can grant through a confirmation at the web interface after your attention was drawn to the use of cookies and you had the opportunity to familiarise yourself with these Principles). We are entitled to process personal data obtained using cookies also in the event that you use the web interface after you were notified of the processing of such personal data. We use personal data obtained using cookies for the purposes of performing user support, improving our services, including an analysis of user behaviour and marketing.

All personal data provided for the aforementioned purposes are provided entirely voluntarily and an expression of consent takes place through active interaction (ticking of a field) showing consent to their processing or based on legitimate interest. You can rescind consent to data processing for this purpose by e-mail at any time.

Who has access to your personal data?

Personal data processing is performed by the Controller within the meaning of the Act on Personal Data Processing, but personal data can be processed for the Controller also by other entities (as processors or controllers):

We can also authorise other personal data processors or persons (for example carriers or other persons contributing to the performance of the contract and our duties), but only to the extent that is necessary for performance of the contract. We do not hand personal data over to any other person. Personal and other data obtained are fully secured against abuse. Personal data will be processed automatically in electronic form or non-automatically in printed form. Your personal data will not be handed over to countries outside the European Union.

What are my rights in connection with personal data protection?

To ask us for information about what personal data of yours we process.
To ask us for an explanation regarding personal data processing.
To ask us for access to the data and have them updated or rectified.
To ask us to erase such personal data.
To request data portability.
The right to be information about a breach of personal data security in certain cases.

At any time, you can submit a complaint concerning personal data processing or non-compliance with a controller’s duties resulting from the GDPR for the supervisory authority. Updating of Personal Data Protection Principles

We may alter or update the Personal Data Protection Principles in ongoing fashion. Any changes to these Personal Data Protection Principles will become effective after their publication on this page.
