Energy-efficient Ecocity Malešice and Kratochvíle Stochovská Projects Were Successful in Real Estate Project of the Year 2021

We are proud that, this year, the same as usual, we were successful in the 11th year of the Real Estate Project of the Year 2021. We won three awards at the parade of the most popular Czech development projects in the various regions of the Czech Republic, the Jury Prize and the Prague 10 Region Public Prize for the third stage of the Ecocity Malešice project and the Prague 6 Region Public Prize for the Kratochvíle Stochovská project. The awards ceremony took place on 25 January at the Prague Boutique Hotel Maximilian and was attended by developers, investors and competition partners.
