JRD GROUP was established by Jan Řežáb, a visionary interested in the environment and sustainability his whole life who has managed to get others enthusiastic for his vision. A friendly working environment and pleasant atmosphere are extremely important for us! Therefore we try to brighten up our work with various celebrations, inspirative breakfasts and events that entertain, inspire and motivate us to work. We hold regular teambuilding sessions, we go skiing in winter, rafting in summer and ride around the countryside on our bikes. Thanks to all this, we are a great team that easily deals with work challenges.
Our work is our heart’s work and that’s why we want everyone to be happy and do what they really enjoy. Whatever position you apply for, you can look forward to lots of different training, regular development sessions and coaching sessions that will help you learn a lot and keep you moving forward. We don’t shy away from new ideas and innovation – any idea you come up with is only welcome.
All JRD GROUP divisions are involved in sustainable fields and are considerate towards the environment. The corporate philosophy is extremely important to us, not only regarding our business, but in the company itself. We sort waste, plant trees, clean up the Czech Republic and, in particular, we don’t generate waste and we try to have a sustainable approach to life. We are members of a number of sustainable societies and associations, we regularly appear at specialist conferences and, in 2021, we ourselves launched the the “Výzvu za zdravé bydlení“(Call for Healthy Housing). In 2022 we established the the “Pro udržitelný život” (For Sustainable Life) endowment fund, which supports various projects in the landscape, so that a minimum burden is placed on future generations.
We do everything to ensure that you feel good in our offices, so they are designed as ingeniously as the apartments the Real Estate division builds. What is important for us is plenty of fresh air, a comfortable temperature, healthy lighting and quiet places in which you can work without being disturbed. The kitchenettes contain good coffee, tea or other drinks, fresh fruit and small refreshments for when you need to top up your energy. All the details of our meeting rooms are worked out and they have a peaceful atmosphere thanks to their natural elements—so your meetings go well.
